This is the Malte Outdoor supplied with the roll back stop fitted. The stop prevents the walker rolling backwards under the child, which matters on a rise, on a driveway or anywhere a child loses momentum mid step and would otherwise be pushed off balance.
Everything else is the outdoor build: an abducted posterior frame that keeps clear of the legs, wide outdoor tyres, drum braked rear wheels for carer control on slopes, and a friction brake system you can set to make the wheels roll more or less freely as the child’s control develops. A parking brake holds it for transfers and a padded bench folds down for rest breaks.
The aluminium frame folds, so it travels between home, school and therapy without needing a van.
