About this product

A child learning to walk in a posterior walker will lean back into it, and that backwards push is exactly what unsettles a frame. This anti tip with support roller fits to the rear of the malte and stops the walker tipping when the child loads it that way.

The roller does more than block the tip. It lets the frame keep rolling normally while the child is walking, so the added safety does not come at the cost of the smooth movement that makes the walker worth using in the first place.

It is a common addition for children at GMFCS levels III and IV who are still building trunk control, and for anyone whose gait pattern loads the frame behind them. It fits the malte posterior walker.
