The unbroken front spreads load across the thighs and takes pressure off the perineal area, which suits clients who sit for longer sessions or who have had skin trouble around a cut out. Cleaning is simpler as well, with no edges around an aperture to work into.

It is made for the Showerbuddy SB1, SB2, SB2T and SB3, and fixes in place the same way as the cushion already on the chair. Swapping it over is a job for the carer, not a technician.
