For a school aged child or teenager who needs mild body support in the car, the Ipai-LGT keeps travel simple. It is light to handle and slim enough to sit beside another restraint in the back seat.
The package comes with a height adjustable head and back support, adjustable thoracic supports and a five point harness padded at the shoulders, so the child is held in midline without a custom build. The backrest reclines through a wide range for children who tire on longer trips. A side impact protection arm can be wound out to brace the seat against the vehicle door.
Installation is through a depth adjustable ISOFIX adapter, operated one handed from a central handle at the front, with the vehicle belt used as well. For clients with behaviours of concern, an anti-escape buckle upgrade is available that only releases with a pen key, and it comes with a release tool and an emergency webbing slicer.
