Who it suits
It is built for children with low tone, poor head and trunk control, or a condition that makes sitting upright in a car hard work. Aluminium thoracic pads are individually positionable to control lateral movement, the back support raises as the child grows, and tilt-in-space lets you move between an active and a more passive position during a longer trip.
The seat swivels toward the door for transfers, so a parent or carer is not lifting across the sill and twisting. It installs on ISOFIX anchorages, so it can move between vehicles in seconds, and the quick-release buckle on the five point harness speeds up every trip.
