Arthritic hands, reduced grip strength and painful thumbs all make jars, drink bottles and taps harder than they should be. This set of turners gives a client something wider to hold, so the turning force comes from the whole hand, not the fingertips.
Each turner has a larger and a smaller ring, so three turners cover six different sizes across the kitchen and bathroom. The inner rings are pliable and grip the lid, and the moulded plastic body is light enough to leave in a drawer near the kettle.
The colours are bright, which helps a client with low vision find them on a bench.
