Who it suits
The Tenor is a mobile sling lifter built for plus size clients, where standard hoists run out of capacity or width. It is the hoist for a service that has a bariatric client on the books and needs equipment that will actually do the job safely.
The curved jib and four point bariatric spreader bar spread the sling load across a wider span, which keeps the sling from squeezing in on the client and makes the lift more comfortable to sit through. The aluminium frame keeps the hoist manageable for the carer despite the capacity, and the legs open wide to get around large chairs and bed bases. Dual controls let the carer work from wherever the transfer needs them.
This version includes the suspended scale, so the client can be weighed during a normal transfer and the weight recorded without a separate task or a second piece of equipment.
