Who it suits
Clients who need a full electric care bed at home but whose house, hallway or funding period makes a fixed bed impractical. The Pull-A-Part frame separates into sections on a slot and pin system, so it can be carried in, assembled without tools and taken apart again when care finishes or the client moves.
Once it is together it behaves like any hi-lo homecare bed. Electric height, backrest and knee break let a carer work at a safe height and set the client up for meals, personal care and rest. Forward and reverse tilt are on the handset for clients who need their head or feet raised. Braking castors let the bed be repositioned in the room, and timber head and foot boards keep it looking like furniture, not hospital stock.
It is a sensible option for short term care, respite and palliative packages where the equipment has to come and go.
