It is the answer for a client in pain, with unstable fractures, with severe contractures, or in palliative care, where bringing them into a seated position is not an option. Straps run along both sides so the load is shared evenly and the body is held without twisting.

The fabric is soft and sheet like against the skin, and this version can be ordered with a hygiene opening for toileting so a flat client can be managed without a second transfer. It machine washes, so it stays in service in a care setting.
