The firm positioning base gives the pelvis something definite to sit in, with a deep well and mild contouring that still lets the client slide across for a transfer. Large cluster gel fluid packs sit in the comfort layer above, cradled in Enduro foam, so loading is spread widely across the contact area. The gel packs live in a zip-up rear compartment, which means a therapist can get at them for adjustment without taking the whole cushion apart.
The four-way stretch cover moves with the client and carries moisture and heat away from the skin, which counts on a long day. Pelvic obliquity and rotation can be corrected within the base itself.
