Weighing a client with a wide base of support, a walking frame user or someone who needs a moment to steady themselves is hard on a small platform. The UC-355PBT-Ci uses a larger deck than a typical personal scale, giving the client more room to place their feet and settle before the reading locks.
It starts when the client steps on, then guides them with on screen prompts and audible buzzers so they know when to stay still and when to step off. The display uses tall characters that most clients can read without bending. Weight shows in kilograms or pounds, and a run of past readings is kept on board for review.
A carpet tray is included, so the scale stays usable in a lounge room or bedroom on soft flooring. The profile stays low even with the tray fitted.
