The Ashley in petite size is built for smaller clients, with a seat sized so the feet reach the floor and a back that does not tower over the shoulders. The Topsuede grey upholstery keeps it looking like lounge furniture.
Two motors drive the back and the leg rest separately, so a client can put their feet up without being tipped backwards, and the lift raises the seat to bring them to standing under their own control. For a carer, that removes the daily lift out of a low chair, which is what does the damage to backs over time.
