The dynamic neoprene gives as the client moves and pulls them back towards midline, which suits fluctuating tone and clients who fatigue into a forward lean as the day goes on. Support that yields a little tends to be worn for longer, and a vest that is worn is a vest that is working.

Finger loops on the top and bottom straps let a carer adjust tension from behind the chair, and hinged buckles stop the shoulder straps rolling out of position. Chair attachment hardware is included.
