About this product

Walker glides make a walking frame quieter and easier to push, which is often what gets a hesitant client using theirs consistently. These glides take a tennis ball and hold it on the leg of the frame properly, so it does not twist off or get kicked loose.

The moulded internal stabiliser is the part that matters. It protects the ball from the sharp cut edge of the frame leg, which is what usually tears a plain ball apart after a few weeks, so the glide lasts considerably longer. They slide over floors without leaving marks, useful in aged care and rental housing where scuffed vinyl is a problem.

They fit standard frame tubing in the listed size and are supplied in pairs.
