Knee adductor pads work on the outside of the knee, bringing a leg back in when it falls away into abduction and external rotation. This pad is the contact surface for that job, built thick enough to hold the position without digging in.
The self skinning urethane foam is firm with some give, and the neoprene cover adds a soft layer against the knee and takes the friction when a client shifts. The cover is removable, so it can be washed and refitted.
A timber insert with t-nuts runs through the base so the pad bolts securely to adductor hardware and can be repositioned as a client’s leg length or posture changes. Three sizes are made, from a small paediatric pad through to an adult size.
