Sure Grip Bendable Cutlery is a set of adapted eating utensils for clients who cannot manage standard cutlery. The handles are built up with ribbed rubber, so they sit in a weak or stiff hand without the client having to hold a tight grip.
The fork, tablespoon and teaspoon have a twist in the stainless steel shaft. That lets you bend the head to whatever angle suits the client, then re-bend it later as movement changes. Where wrist or forearm rotation is limited, setting the head to meet the mouth is often the difference between eating independently and being fed. The same twist sets the utensil up for either hand.
The knife is different: it does not bend, because it is a rocker knife made to cut with a rocking motion using one hand. Pieces are sold singly or as a four piece set, so a client can be issued only what they need rather than a full set that sits in a drawer.
