About this product

Fixed ankle angles do not suit every client. For a child with limited dorsiflexion, or one whose foot position changes with tone through the day, the ball joint divided footrest for the Starfish Pro lets each plate be angled to the foot instead of forcing the foot to the plate.

Matching the plate to the ankle keeps the whole sole in contact, spreads the load away from the heel and takes a source of discomfort out of the shower routine. Each side is set on its own, so asymmetry is no problem.

The plates are supplied as a pair, sized to the chair, and mount to the leg sections that adjust in length and width.
