Adjustable knee supports for the SMART stander, holding the knees in position while the client stands. They are the control point between the pelvis and the feet, and getting them right is usually what decides whether a client can tolerate a full standing session.
The pads adjust to the client’s knee height and width, so the support sits below the knee and clear of the joint. Clients who hyperextend or who lose the knee into flexion as they tire get a firm, padded stop in both directions. For the person setting up the frame, it is a one time adjustment that holds between reviews.
They fit the SMART frame and can be added later.
