FlexiGrip is a handle strip that runs along the bed and gives the person a series of grip points to pull on. It suits clients who can still do some of the work of turning, sitting up or moving to the edge of the bed but need something to hold that is in the right place each time.
Because there are eight handles spread along its length, the client can take hold wherever their arm reaches, with no stretching for a single fixed rail. That supports an active transfer, which keeps strength and independence going and cuts the number of moves a carer has to do for them.
It weighs almost nothing, rolls up and moves between beds, so it works in a home, in respite and on hospital admission without any install.
