The dual valve Hybrid Elite gives you two independent air compartments across the pelvic area, so the left and right sides can be inflated to different pressures. That is what makes it useful for a client with a pelvic obliquity, a leg length difference or asymmetric loading, where one side needs more immersion than the other.
Underneath the air cells is a contoured foam base with channels for the legs, which holds the position you set and gives the client a stable platform to work from. The cushion comes with the standard cover.
