About this product

Who it suits

This is the HTS as a fixed toileting chair: a supportive seat on a stationary frame with a footboard, for a client who is hoisted or assisted onto it in one bathroom and stays there for the session.

Without castors the frame stays put during the transfer, which is reassuring for a client who has had a fall. The footboard gives the feet a firm platform so the client can push through their legs, which helps with bowel positioning and with sitting tolerance.

It comes in three sizes and takes the full range of HTS pads, hip guides, laterals and deflectors, so the seat can be built up as needs change. Backrest height and footboard angle adjust as a child grows.
