Storage is the thing that kills a walker prescription. If it will not fit in the car or the hallway cupboard, it stops going out. This walker folds from the side and collapses down narrow, so a client in a small unit or a carer with a hatchback has somewhere to put it.
It is still a proper seat walker while it is open: loop brakes with a soft brake lock, height adjustable handles through seven settings, ergonomic grips, a padded seat and backrest, and eight inch flat free wheels that cope with footpaths. The removable carry bag comes off with the shopping in it.
The soft brake lock is worth noting for clients with weak hands, since it takes less force to set the park.
