An abduction block sits between the knees and stops the legs scissoring together while the child is in the Manatee. For a child with adductor tone, that one part is often what keeps the pelvis level and the whole seated position stable through a bath, and it stops the classic slide forward into a posterior tilt.
It fits into the Manatee seat and adjusts to the child, so you can set the amount of abduction the child tolerates. Removing it for cleaning takes seconds and it handles the wet, warm environment without degrading.
Supplied in blue to match the Manatee cover.
