About this product

The single rod is the centre mounted support that a foot plate attaches to on a High-low frame. One rod under the middle of the seat keeps the space beneath the feet clear, which helps for a child who needs to get their feet back for transfers or for standing practice.

Choosing the right rod length is what sets the foot plate at the correct drop below the seat, so the knees and hips are supported at the angle the therapist has prescribed. Several lengths are offered so the rod can be changed as the child grows and the rest of the support stays.

Order the length against your client’s current seat to knee measurement.
