When a child in a P Pod cannot reach the floor, the weight of the legs hangs off the back of the thigh and pressure builds where you least want it. The foot bolster gives the feet somewhere to rest so that load comes off the thighs and buttocks.

It is a foam bolster in a dark cover, fixed to the pod with buckle straps so the height can be set for the user and moved again as they grow. It fits every P Pod size, which makes it a useful thing to add partway through the life of a pod.
