This is the four point active powered cradle for the Oxford Presence and Stature, supplied with the Uniscale weighing system built in. The cradle tilts under power, so the carer can bring a client from a seated position back into recline, or sit them more upright, using the handset while the sling stays loaded.
That matters for clients with poor trunk control, high tone or pain on movement, where hands on repositioning in the sling is uncomfortable for them and awkward for the carer. The four attachment points give a stable, controlled shape to the lift, and the Securi3 clip system keeps the sling attached where it should be.
With the Uniscale fitted, the client is weighed during the transfer that is happening anyway, which is useful where weight is tracked for medication, nutrition or pressure care.
