A fixed sling bar leaves the carer to do the positioning by hand: pushing a shoulder back, pulling knees round, holding a person steady while they settle. The Molift Air Tilt takes that work away. The sling bar tilts under power from the hand control, so the client can be brought from lying to sitting, or reclined for hygiene, while they are already in the sling.
For a client with poor trunk control, pain on handling or contractures, that means fewer hands on them and less shear through the skin during the move. For a single carer, it means the transfer no longer needs a second person just to hold a position.
It is a full Molift Air motor underneath, rated for heavy use and sealed for bathrooms, and the sling bar changes out without tools if a different task calls for a plain bar.
