Gait retraining, standing practice and balance work all need the client held securely without the harness getting in the way of the movement. The Molift RgoSling Ambulating Vest is built for exactly that, used with a ceiling or mobile hoist to take part of the client’s weight while they work.
A double buckled, wide padded belt spreads pressure over a larger area of the trunk, and optional padded groin straps stop the vest riding up as the client moves. The suspension loops are self-tightening, a feature borrowed from professional climbing equipment, so the client stays held as the load changes through the step cycle.
The front buckle system gives the client more scope to manage their own toileting or to start a practice session with less hands-on help, which matters in a rehabilitation program aimed at independence. This listing is the medium size.
