It is the four function carriage version with powered traverse, so the hoist travels the track as well as lifting, and the hand switch control keeps everything in the carer’s hand during the transfer. For a client with high tone, pain on movement, or a strong preference about how they are turned, that controlled adjustment makes the transfer calmer and quicker.

This is the infection control specification, with non porous strap, emergency cord and spreader bar for proper cleaning between users. That suits shared ceiling track in group homes, SIL properties and respite units.
