About this product

Side lying is where a lot of pressure problems start: the knees grind, the ankles cross, the abdomen drags the pelvis forward. This wedge slides in where it is needed and holds the part in question off the mattress, and it is small enough to use under a heel, an elbow, an arm or across the breast.

It is a soft memory foam wedge, so it takes the shape of the limb it is under rather than pressing back against it. Clients who sleep on their side often use it to support the abdomen, and it is commonly used through pregnancy for the same reason.

The velour cover comes off for washing. It is DVA approved and easy to add to a positioning plan without a big order.
