The Delta B44-T is a bath stool for a client who can still get in and out of a bath tub but cannot manage sitting on the floor of it or rising from there. It sits inside the tub and gives a firm, stable seat at a height that makes standing up achievable.
The seat has a faux timber finish, which reads as bathroom furniture. That sounds cosmetic, but it is often the difference between a client accepting a bathroom aid in their home and leaving it in the shed.
The aluminium legs adjust for height to suit tub depth and leg length, and the rubber feet are slip resistant on a wet enamel or acrylic surface. It is light enough that a carer or the client can lift it in and out for cleaning, and it assembles without tools.
