The Alpha 438t carries the taller seat height in the 438 range, which suits a long legged client who sits low and then struggles to push back up to standing. The seat sits at a height they can rise from under their own power.
Everything else follows the 438 design: an aluminium frame with an X fold that collapses sideways to a narrow width for the car or a hallway cupboard, large wheels for footpaths and driveways, and adjustable loop brakes that can be tuned to the client’s hand strength.
Handles adjust for height, so the taller seat can be matched with a handle position that keeps the client upright over their feet. Six colours are available.
