Soiled linen has to go straight into a covered container without anyone putting a hand on a lid. This single skip has a foot pedal that lifts the lid, so a carer with both hands full can drop the linen in and keep moving.
The frame is stainless steel, so it wipes down and copes with the cleaning chemicals used in a ward or sluice room. It rolls on castors, which lets it be walked along with a linen round and parked out of the way afterwards.
It suits aged care homes, day surgeries and clinics that want one tidy collection point for used linen in each area.
