Plenty of clients do not need a contoured shell and complex laterals. They need a back that is comfortable, supports the trunk properly and goes on the chair without a workshop visit. The JAY GO does that job.
It mounts with Velcro sleeves that wrap around almost any back cane, so it fits across a wide range of frames and tube sizes. Wide tension-adjustable straps sit close together behind a soft foam insert, spreading support across a large area of the torso and discouraging a client from settling into an asymmetric posture through the day.
The outer cover is Dartex-coated Lycra, water resistant and made to take daily use. Tension can be reset by hand as a client’s posture changes, which makes it practical for group homes and respite settings where equipment gets shared and adjusted often.
