The JAY Fit 2U is built for clients whose trunk shape does not sit neatly against a flat back: pronounced rotation, fixed scoliosis, an asymmetric ribcage. Interlocking dovetail foam inserts let you build up the contour layer by layer, so the back is shaped around the body you actually have in front of you.
Height and width adjust independently, and the swing-away lateral thoracic supports rotate to position the trunk in three planes. That matters over time as well as on delivery day: as tone changes or a curve progresses, you can rework the contour without replacing the whole back.
This version comes with four point hardware, which locks the shell to the chair at four points and suits clients who load the back heavily or need the shell held very securely. Quick release levers mean the back still comes off for transport. A dual cover keeps moisture away from the foam and the outer cover comes off for washing.
