This draw sheet sits on top of a SatinSheet base sheet and is used for clients who are partly dependent and need help with side to side movement. Together the two layers let a carer turn a client with far less pull and much less shear on the skin.
The midi length is normally placed from head to knee, which suits clients who can still use one or both legs to help with the roll, either on their own or with prompting. The satin construction also reduces the tendency to slide down towards the foot of the bed between repositions.
It launders at standard care laundry temperatures, so it can go through a facility’s normal linen cycle. The draw sheet works only over a base sheet, not by itself.
