About this product

The Positioning Wedge holds a client on their side for rest, for care or for personal hygiene, so the position set up by the care team is the position that is still there half an hour later. It supports the back or the legs and stays where it is put.

The non slip cover is the useful part. On a glide sheet or a satin bed system, ordinary pillows travel, and the wedge does not, which keeps a turned client off the pressure point the turn was meant to relieve. It works alongside in bed glide systems, so the same bed can be set up for both movement and static positioning.

Two sizes are available, the longer one for supporting along the length of the back and the shorter for legs and smaller clients.
