It mounts and comes off without tools, so it is quick to deal with during set up, a room move or a deep clean. Surfaces wipe down with a damp cloth. Upholstery comes in fabric or vinyl across a range of colours, and the board is made to match each bed size, so specify the size and the finish and it will sit with the headboard already in place.
