This is the running rail for a Handi-Move wall to wall or Freedom Bridge system, in the low profile section, with a removable piece included.
A wall to wall rail spans between walls on reinforced brackets, so no fasteners go into the ceiling. That solves the two situations that stop most ceiling hoist installs: a ceiling that will not carry the load, and a tenancy where you are not allowed to drill one. The same rail carries the Freedom Bridge when it is mounted on freestanding posts.
The removable section lets the rail be taken down in part, which is useful where a doorway, a window or a wardrobe has to stay clear when the hoist is not in use. Low profile keeps the rail close to the ceiling for rooms where headroom is tight, and the warm white finish keeps it discreet in a bedroom. Lengths are available to suit the room.
