This Handi-Move mesh sling combines the two features clinicians ask for most on complex clients: a built in head support and padded, reinforced leg sections.
The head support holds the head and neck in line with the trunk through the lift, so a client with no active head control is not left hanging back. The padded legs spread load across the thighs, which protects skin integrity on clients with little natural padding and makes a longer transfer more tolerable.
It is a full body sling and covers the whole range of daily transfers, with the seat left open from the coccyx down so clothing is manageable without removing it. Mesh drains and dries, so it copes with shower use. Sizes run from extra small to extra large.
Handles at the back give the carer a controlled way to guide the client into the chair at the end of the lift.
