This is the comfort version of the Handi-Move sling, cut to hold the trunk and thighs fully and finished with head support and padded leg sections. It suits a client who finds hoisting uncomfortable or frightening and who settles once the whole body is carried and the head is held.

Padded, reinforced leg flaps spread pressure along the thighs, which helps clients with thin skin or a history of shear injury. The moon shaped head support steadies the head and neck, so the client can be reclined during the lift. The seat stays open, so toileting can be managed while the person is supported.

Handles sewn into the back give the carer something to hold when positioning the client, and the sling loops onto 2 or 4 point spreader bars on mobile hoists and ceiling track. It machine washes and tumble dries, so it keeps pace with daily use.
