The lumbar support gives a Grillo user a firm surface behind the low back while they walk. For a client who slumps into the frame or loses the lumbar curve as they tire, it gives a clear posterior cue and helps them stay upright through the session.
It is a small change with a noticeable effect on trunk position, and it works well for clients who do not need a full trunk support but do need something to tell them where upright is.
Position is adjustable on the frame so you can set the height and depth to the client, and it comes in two sizes.
