The handlebar sets where the client’s hands sit on the Grillo, and it is the part you change when the reach is wrong. It adjusts forward, back and for height, so you can bring the bar to a client who is stooping to reach it or who is being pushed into extension by a bar set too far out.
A properly placed bar takes the strain off the shoulders and lets the client look ahead, not down at their hands, which tends to improve the whole gait pattern.
Three size bands cover the range of Grillo frames, so the bar matches the frame your client is already prescribed.
