Standing up from a low toilet is where a lot of falls happen at home. The Etac Hi-Loo Fixed raises the seat and adds arm supports, so your client has a shorter distance to travel and something firm to push against.
It bolts through the existing seat fixings, which makes it steady under a side transfer from a wheelchair or a walker. The arm supports fold up, can be locked in the down position, and either side can be left off when space beside the toilet is tight.
The seat has recesses at the front and the back for personal care, and the seat unit snaps off so the whole thing can be cleaned properly. It fits most toilet pans, and it is available in two heights so you can match the client’s leg length and hip range.
