Shoulder protraction pads bring the shoulders forward and stop the arms throwing back during standing. For a client with an extensor pattern, that is often the difference between a settled session and one that ends early.
The pads mount to the frame and come with chest harness brackets, so anterior trunk support can be added to the same hardware without a second order. Bringing the shoulders into protraction also puts the hands where the client can use them, which makes tray work and play possible during the stand.
They are supplied to suit paired frame sizes.
