Not every bed is a standard single, and a pressure mattress that does not fill the frame loses its edges and its stability. The Dyna-Form Mercury can be made to your measurements, so a client on a shaped, shortened or wider frame still gets a properly fitted high risk foam surface.
Inside is a castellated foam core with smaller cells under the heels and larger cells at the sacrum, so the surface gives where the load is highest. Firm side walls stop the person rolling off the edge and give carers something solid to work against during a side transfer.
The cover is high frequency welded to keep fluid out, the base is toughened polyurethane, and individual parts can be swapped as they wear. It suits aged care, hospital and home settings where infection control matters.
