The Dreamline STX is built for the client who sits for most of the day and whose pelvis and trunk sit well away from neutral. The positioning base is assembled from separate components, so you can lower one femur for a tight hamstring, build up under a dropped side of the pelvis, offset the pommel for a windswept posture or shift the pre-ischial shelf until the pelvis sits where you want it.
This version uses gel cluster packs in the ischial well. The gel moves with the client and keeps loading off the bony prominences, which matters when skin history is the reason the cushion is being changed at all. A comfort wrap sits over the base and flexes around the shape underneath so the contour is felt, not fought.
Components can be trimmed and repositioned in clinic, so the fit you achieve at handover is not the last one you get.
