Supplied as the shell and pad without mounting hardware, this is the part of the Dreamline Contour Backrest that touches the client. It is the option when the chair already has suitable hardware on it, when a back is being replaced after wear, or when a technician is building a setup around existing mounts.
The shell is rigid aluminium with integrated lateral support, faced with bubble contoured foam that immerses the trunk and spreads contact across the back. A central channel relieves pressure along the spine, and ventilation holes run through both the foam and the shell so heat and moisture do not build up behind the client.
Foam construction is high resilience with a visco elastic overlay bonded on, and polymer gel inserts can be specified where a client needs additional offloading.
