Air filled SmartCells sit in nine separate compartments under a contoured surface, so a therapist can shape support around a pelvic obliquity, hold the pelvis square, and keep load off the bony points that break down first. Support is changed by adding or removing cells, not by ordering a different cushion.
The low build helps where a client foot propels, transfers frequently, or is already at the limit of their chair’s seat to floor height.
