The Vicair Pommel O2 adds a medial thigh support that sits between the knees and holds them apart gently, opening the position enough for hygiene, catheterisation and comfortable positioning of the legs.
The thigh support is detachable and has its own cover, so it can be taken off for a transfer or for personal care and put back without disturbing the rest of the set up.
